Once you meet local Realtor, Diane Wilson, you will soon realize her business slogan is simply an extension of who she is as a person, #ServingYourFamily.. For over 32 years, Diane has helped hundreds of clients reach their dreams. You can’t help but become her friend once you meet her. She graduated from a small town called Pendleton where she is proud to say her two daughters attended and now four grandkids attend. 

Her love of real estate was by accident. Finding herself divorced, broke and a single working mom in Texas, Diane found herself working in the insurance world during the day while holding a second job at night. That second job led to a connection into the real estate world when the bug bit her. So College bound she was just to obtain her real estate license in Texas. After several years, Indiana and family were calling her home, so she relocated herself, two daughters and one dog back to Pendleton.

Diane’s high energy level keeps her project bound. Her home projects and gardening keep her busy but she also loves spending time with her family. Diane also served on AMCAR’s (Anderson Madison County Association of Realtors) Community Service committee and other fundraising events. Helping her friends in raising money for different entities like the American Legion Auxiliary. Diane serves as treasurer and membership for AmLegion Unit 127. Currently she holds a position as a board member for Alternatives, Inc. (Shelter for victims of domestic violence) here in Madison County. 

In her Real Estate career, Diane cares about her clients like she does her family. She will take the time to get to know you and your needs. She believes in matching one's lifestyle to a home... as she says, "it is not just about selling brick and mortar". Diane will even go as far as to tell a client not to buy a home if it is not "right" for them. Her experience gives her the knowledge of seeing damage signs or potential issues of home maintenance. She will give unbiased advice in helping you make the right choice for you.

In chatting with Diane, you will see her love and compassion for others. Her mother taught her to leave every person and every place better than when she found it. When you leave her presence, you will feel cared for and excited about life.
